The Pines Calyx has three event rooms – Lower Roundel, Upper Roundel and a Seminar Room. These spaces are completely flexible to suit any type of event. The adjacent terrace is an ideal outdoor space which can also be used to provide an additional marquee room.
During larger events within the venue, organisers can hire the Seminar Room and use it as a syndicate or breakout space. It is also suitable for exhibition and display purposes.

Natural daylight floods into the Pines Calyx and our smart Virtual Daylight system replicates the healthy qualities of daylight whenever it is needed.
Air is conditioned naturally and is drawn from the surrounding garden through an earth tube. It provides fresh air at the right temperature and humidity.
Delicious food and refreshments are sourced from fair trade suppliers and include organic, seasonal and Kentish produce.
